Fertility IQ is a good place for a review, you have to verify you were a real patient. Nowadays, people pick their doctors based on reviews so putting the word out about your experience will help other patients.

Another vote for sending an announcement once the baby arrives.

On graduation day, they will just be so happy for you (and for their success) that a gift feels unnecessary. But my nurse told me, longer-term they always wonder how things worked out and love seeing pictures of the babies, so sending a baby announcement is a nice gesture.

You could also offer to write a good review of them on a site like Fertility IQ as a near-term thank you.

Congrats! Graduation day is a huge milestone. Enjoy it.

I agree with others. Wait until after the baby is born and then send an announcement and a handwritten thank you card. My clinic had a form I had to complete and send back once the baby was born, which helps them memorialize everything in my file and include the information in their statistics. I sent that back by email along with a photo of my baby and a quick email of thanks. you could deliver flowers or a plant for the front desk or a platter of cookies from a bakery or something, but I don’t think that is necessary.

Congratulations to you! It took us three years also and I feel very grateful to the medical staff who was there for all of the ups and downs of it also.

Yes, wait until the baby is born. They will likely contact you to confirm gender, health and how the baby was born (term, C-section v. vaginally).

Agree on waiting until baby comes. They will love seeing pics and getting an update.

Send a birth announcement. Send an email to the Dr praising staff by name.

I have had a hard time these past 2 and a half years trying to get pregnant; I am single and do all my apps. on my own. Ive had 5 retrievals, 2 miscarriages, multiple FETs, an ERA cycle, scan after scan.

I know these clinic see ALOT of ppl and they are just doing their job but over time I have built up a rapport with the medical staff (nursing coord, u/s techs, phlebotomist). For example, when I came in for my viability scan the week before last 2 nurses said please tell the front desk to buzz me that you are here so I can come to the scan; the room was crowded bc they all wanted to make sure I was ok. The u/s tech and my nurses hugged me congratulations.

I am probably jinxing myself but in theory my last appt. with them will be Tuesday before I get released to a regular OB. I want to express thank you in some way. What if anything is appropriate? I now many places are not allowed to accept gifts, could one do a holiday basket or something? Wait until after delivery (knock wood)?
