I’ll play. According to DCUM, the DCC schools can’t teach and the neighborhoods crime ridden. Obviously we must not be receiving adequate education and police services. We should pay a substantially lower tax rate regardless of actual income.

The rules are actually pretty different on a lot of issues. This is taking this inanity too seriously, but I don't think you would have legal authority to force private schools into boundaries. You'd probably have a good freedom of association argument against it.

I love the families in my neighborhood whose kids go private. They pay their taxes and their kids don’t take up space in the local school. Their carbon footprint is way bigger so there are costs.
