I'm trying to figure out who own the dealership or at least who is the CEO / President to report this sales manager. I'm running into dead ends though on figuring out the dealerships structure. Any sleuths out there better at googling than me?

When I'm negotiating with older males I can tell they want to speak with my "obviously much older husband" (he's only 2 years older) and it drives me nuts. My solution is to just talk tough with them and tell them I'm in charge and if they don't like it they can leave. I don't yell or swear but they quickly realize I'm serious. Just don't take BS from these guys.
