But the ECNL2 as defined that way, those schedules are still with the other ECNL teams. In other words, those A and B teams for PDA and FC Stars are still together.

Is ECNL2 equivalent to the regional league NPL? I thought there was a group of ECNL "B" teams that was not considered part of the regional league, which is really just a rebranded NPL.
