Is this negotiated rate for any Aetna plan? Or just with Fed insurance? Looking way down the road, but I'd like to have an FET with my remaining embryos and probably won't be living in MD at that point (I purchased an individual plan to cover IVF). My husband's work insurance is through Aetna so it would be awesome if we could get a cheap rate for the FET.
