The only reason I look at the iReady scores is to make sure they are generally going up. Having now seen bits and pieces of the test, I don't really care about the scores. I have very little faith in it.

Our 3rd grade teacher didn't even mention iReady. 2nd grade teacher (non AAP obviously ) did b/c that daughter struggles and we used those as markers for her reading growth.
Honestly, there are kids in AAP who fail SOL tests so it doesn't surprise me at all that there are kids who do poorly on the iReady.

I don't know the reasoning but our school doesn't give out Iready scores either.
If I had more faith in the test, maybe I would want them. As it is, I'm fine with not getting them.

I have a 5th grader in AAP and I was not given his iready scores. I even asked about it at the conference and I was told he didn’t score below 40% requiring further testing. I think that school (the center) school wide isn’t interested in sharing iready scores.
I have a second grader at the base school. He scored 92nd percentile in reading and 93rd in math.

So, how did your AAP kids or 2nd graders who are applying this year do in iready?
One kid scored 97th percentile in reading and way over the 99th percentile mark in math, which fits completely with my expectations. My older child scored only 85th percentile in reading and 97th in math. I'm shocked by the reading score, since this kid has has had perfect scores on the reading SOL each year and is a strong reader. Now I'm wondering what the score distribution looks like for AAP kids.
