My DD is 97th in height and about 50th percentile in weight. Has always had a healthy check up. CDC has a good chart here: https://www.cdc.gov/growthcharts/data/set1clinical/cj41l022.pdf

Not really. Unless, as a PP noted, this is a change from before.

There is a wide range of normal but also of not normal.

What you need to do is look at your daughter's historical height weight and BMI percentiles by age. Those records are things your pediatrician can give you.

If your daughter's BMI has always been around 20th Percentile for age, and she is currenlt also 20th percentiles for age, then OK.

But if she has historically been 60th percentile for age, and suddenly started dropping in percentiles to 20th %iles, that is troubling, especially if you notice lack of appetite or excessive exercise.

FWIW, my 5/8" daughter is about 135 lbs -- she runs and plays soccer. But she has always been at the top of the growth chart for height, and maybe 75th percentile for weight

+1. A lot of factors go into it. Check with your pediatrician if concerned.

My DD is 5’9” and 160. She’s an athlete and very toned. I love her figure.

I weighed 95lbs at 5’6” in high school. Yes, I was slim, but no one was concerned.

I weighed 90lbs when I was 16 and I'm 5'7
but I was considered skinny / underweight

You can get some calculations here: https://www.smartbmicalculator.com/ It varies by age, but that seems typical

But really, is she eating well, active, energetic? Does she look especially gaunt compared to other girls her age? That will tell you more than a scale or website.

My DD is similar. It's perfectly normal for her. (And for me at that age). Sure, they are slender, but not in a bad or medically concerning way.

Why are you concerned? Are you seeing behaviors that raise your concerns?

Why don’t you ask her pediatrician?
