Because a friend’s only symptom of HELLP was pain...nothing else. She HAD to advocate for herself, she and baby would have died if not. It’s not normal to be in pain and if you’re still there after a BM, you need to be seen and get to the bottom of it.
OP again, my bp was normal yesterday and I don't have any other symptoms of HELLP. I will call first thing tomorrow if I am still in pain or if sleeping is really hard.
