I'll support mental health care for all if it means that people who are mentally ill and have already committed violent and erratic crimes are cared for in a secure, contained facility. The fact that he is either mentally ill or has a substance abuse problem does not change the fact that he is dangerous.

DP, but the article mentions a mental health assessment. Also, his actions as described sound like either he was on drugs and/or has mental health problems.
