Hi OP- I recently had a blighted ovum at 6 weeks with a PGS normal FET. I did a D&C three weeks ago and even then my beta is still not negative. This was my second transfer ever.

My first transfer was a fresh transfer was a total BFN but I think it might be because my progesterone and estrogen were elevated at the time of trigger shot but who knows.

Before I do another FET, my doctor is letting me do immunology testing on natural killer cells and autoimmune testing as well just to rule it out. Not sure if your doctor has opened this up to you

Hi all wonder if anyone had a similar issue ...I am 41 PCOS and male factor. I had 3 fresh cycles using our own embryos all resulted in miscarriages. We generally had 8-9 embryos, but only one would make it to either freezing or fresh transfer. Last cycle with our own embryos, 5 made it to freezing, but only one was PGS normal. FET with PGS tested embryo resulted in BFP but no heartbeat on multiple ultrasounds and I had to use Methotrexate It took forever for HCG to go down, I think 2 or 3 months. I moved on to donor embryos, first cycle two embryos, BFN. Most recent cycle one embryo, BFN. Here is my question, for anyone who used Methotrexate, did you suddenly develop implantation issues? I am just wondering why 4 consecutive transfers all resulted in pregnancies, but after using MTX, I am suddenly experiencing implantation failures.
