My OB (Dr Lee in Tyson’s) emailed me through the portal with the results. So I knew first and told my husband. This was a change from 2017 when a genetic counselor called me to tell me all was fine with the test (and was disappointed when I didn’t want to hear the results).
Word of caution, be very careful with the anatomy scan readout on KP.org. I didn’t want to know with my son and “genitalia appears male” was listed right on the report.
NP. I didn't find out the sex either time and Kaiser was excellent about not telling me. My anatomy scan/NT and NIPT did not say the sex.
To hijack a bit: for this baby we've agreed to not find out the sex (dh's preference, I got my way last time). During the scans, do they tell you to turn away if you can see something? Is it possible I can look closely and try to guess?

We could have waited until we got home and looked together, but we were both too excited and we wanted to know as soon as possible. Anonymous wrote:

How long did it take after the blood draw to get the results?
