Also, there's a difference between making a private remark in a circle of friends versus making literally a written public statement that, with one screen shot, can last forever. Your privacy settings can be whatever; if anyone chooses to share what you wrote, it's essentially public.

She put that on, so people wouldn't just tell her to take them to the teacher, I suppose. It does seem relevant.

OP here. I think she just meant she had taken photos of her own family/teacher at the fundraiser. Part of the draw was "take a photo with your teacher," and they were asking for people to submit their photos for the yearbook.

Which makes this all the more disgusting. That teacher took time out of her schedule to come participate in the fundraiser.

Well, here's a new low. A mom in our "Fellow parents of 1st graders at X Elementary" FB group posted this gem:

"I have pictures from [name of pizza establishment that hosted a fundraiser night.] How can I get them to the school. Not too keen on her teacher. #didijustsaythatoutloud"

Well, yeah, you did just say that out loud. With your full name attached to the post. Stay classy, first grade mom!

I cannot believe that. Are people really so dumb as to trash talk their child's teacher with their full name right there on social media?
