They’re busy picking up/ delivering the UberEats/DoorDash/Postmates/GrubHub meal that they get paid three dollars to hustle to your door AND you’ll probably only donkey tip then for. Or not at all.

I give them a break.

I’d worry less about that than someone getting hit when your cart rolls away.

Standing requires the driver to be with the car.

They can do it as long as they are cool with a ticket or getting their windows punched out in an emergency

What if they are really important.

This is the LAST thing that bothers me.

Other places people need to not park their vehicles:

-in bike lanes
-on sidewalks

If they're not there long, it makes sense that they would escape getting a ticket.

1. Why do they think they are more important than everyone else?

2. Why do I never see them being ticketed or towed?

I see it all the time.
