Wow. I have one kid in DCPS and one in a private and their summers will almost match.

Last day of school is June 19 (assuming no snow-day makeups), so the following M-Fs will be summer break:
June 22-26
June 29-July 3
July 6-10
July 13-17
July 20-24
July 27-31
Aug. 3-7
Aug. 10-14
Aug. 17-21
Aug. 24-28
I count 10.

As the tweet says, the rest of the calendar is tbd. They will probably curtail winter or spring break to keep school from sliding too late into summer.
