We have discussed this quite a bit and I still feel that there is probably not enough traffic to justify two separate forums and there is great overlap in the topics.

OP what you're seeing is only a recent wave of dementia and nursing home stuff. There is a lot more to that forum and contributing posts about other subjects will help right the balance that you seek. Post about what concerns you.

Jeff—I am middle aged and would like to go to a page to discuss my stuff without being overwhelmed by nursing home, dementia and elder related stuff. I understand this can be a part of middle age. But, it’s not everyone’s primary focus. I’ve lived through this and my parents are deceased. If I want to contribute to such discussion I’d like to do so on a separate page please. Hope this makes sense.
