My sister thinks we should get together every weekend at least once. That is just too much for me - I love her kids but she makes me crazy, and once a month feels about right to me. DH and I have lots of activities with our kids (sports, etc) so we don’t prioritize finding time to see my sister and her family every weekend, which makes her mad.
Every weekend? No way. Maybe once a month but probably once every three months.

Weekly when you don't really like the person sounds like torture. I don't see my favorite local friends that much! I would think monthly or even every other month would be fine.
Personally, I have a sister in Baltimore who I adore (so local-ish) and we probably go see her 2-3 times a year, she comes to us 2-3 times a year, and we are together at other family events another 2-3 times a year, so all together every month or two, although it certainly ebbs and flows based on schedules.

Weekly with the one that’s married with kids. It’s a planned play date hat works for everyone involved so we do it, but occasIonally there are conflicts. The other one we see but not quite so regularly.

The three of us live about 45-1hr apart and we see each other once a month or so. We are great friends and our spouses and kids get along well so it’s always fun.

We see one sibling and family multiple times a week. We see another sibling and family at Christmas. Both siblings and families lives equidistant to us. The first sibling is a warm and generous person with delightful kids and a helpful, charming spouse. The second sibling and spouse are domineering narcissists who are constantly complaining about everything and their children are a being raised to not respect anyone or anything.

Once a month or once every two months. I wish it were more, but between us we have four kids between the ages of 5-10 and everyone has some different activity going on all the time.

Rarely, SIL always says they are "busy" so we have stopped trying. Maybe three times a year.

Not often. We live in DC. My DH's sister and her family lives in Lorton. Our priorities are different (they have older kids and only have the kids 50% of the time, while we're firmly in the toddler years 24/7; we love sports, they do not; and so on). They're a bit challenging to deal with generally. We see them more frequently when my FIL is in town.

I would say once or twice a month most months. Mostly at my parents’ house. Despite living locally, it’s still far enough to require some effort to get together. We live right near my parents so I probably see sibling 2/3 of the times he comes to see my parents.

Hardly ever. Sibling works a lot and spouse doesn't really try so we can go months without talking or seeing each other. Not trying to blame spouse but, they are very unaccommodating so I've given up. When we are together they seem to have a good time and like us though. It is what it is. Wish I saw nephews more.

+1, same here. Summer is easier because we are both teachers so we can get the kids together on a weekday. My DC is 10 and her kids are much younger. Her kids think my DC is amazing so sometimes she’ll take DC along on their outings. DC helps entertain her 5 year old so she can keep both eyes on her two year old who is a runner.

I go over to his house almost once a week, but it's to build/maintain a relationship with my niece. Sometimes (actually more than half the time) I leave before my brother's even gotten home from work.
Generally once a month we make a plan to do something together. But to be honest, I don't really feel the need to see him - we talk for about an hour once a week generally. I'm just there to hang out with the niece.
