Paige Hoxton HIGH WAIST jeans one size (inch) smaller than you're probably used to.

I have Everlane jeans, too, and they have stayed put. And +1 to the extra security of a belt!

The Gap curvy skinny are the first jeans I've had in years that don't fall down. They nip in at the waist, rather than fitting straight up and down.

I am apple shaped and like NYDJ for this reason. They run a size large. I find jeans without stretch REALLY fall down contrary to what others seem to say above...

A quick nip in at the waist by a seamstress is the key. Yes you pay but it’s so worth it

You have an apple shape I bet. I have NO butt and straight hips so as soon as the waist slips they can literally fall down. You have to buy jeans with no more than 2% Lycra which is hard to find. But it's the solution. I found one pair at old Navy randomly. I've heard madewell has some too

Have to get high waist, even if you are short waisted. You need that drastic pinch in for it to not slide off your hips. I would mostly give up on the skinnies though. I find 100 percent cotton jeans bought snug mold to your body and hold their shape the best.

I am having a really hard time finding skinny leg jeans that stay up. After an hour or so they get loose in the waist and start sagging in the butt. I am short waisted so a mid rise is like a high rise on me. Does anyone have any specific recommendations for stylish jeans that stay put? Any help is appreciated!
