* interfering or endeavouring to interfere with the conduct of investigations by the Department of Justice of the United States, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the office of Watergate Special Prosecution Force, and Congressional Committees;

Our system of government always depended upon and assumed that those who sign up to serve our government from the lowest level person to the POTUS, would be honorable, follow the law, and do what is right. That's why there are not all that many rules governing these situations.

After this administration, we are going to have to put in a lot more rules with enforcement and consequences, because we can no longer assume the honor of those in positions of power.
