Eh that depends. I had Dr Sarajari and never got assigned a nurse, so every time I'd call I'd have to wait 2 days to get a call back, if I ever did get a call back. Switched to CCRM and my nurse actually gave me her cell number.

CFA is disorganized to the extent that it can affect your care. Consider another clinic. I wish we had never gone there. Best of luck to you.

I am also with CFA right now in the middle of a basic times intercourse cycle (I only need ovulation induction) and I have been having a hell of a time getting anyone to give me results in a timely manner as well. I almost always have had to call the following morning for my results and I usually have to call multiple times. I don't mind being obnoxious about it though; I'm paying a lot for this service so I expect a certain standard of care.

Ive also had issues with the billing department but that's a whole other story...

Yes, be pushy and if necessary email your RE.

Tell the receptionist that you have not heard back and need to know today. Call back every hour until you get an answer.

I went in for baseline IUI monitoring last Thursday morning and haven't gotten my results back yet, despite calling CFA Friday and today. The receptionist just tells me a nurse will call me back. The nurse hotline rings and then hangs up. My provider is out of town right now so I can't try to contact her directly. Any tips for how to get a response? I need to know the results so I know whether to order a trigger shot and donor sperm vial for this cycle.
