It's not 6 months, it's 2 months (60 days). And considering that they had an unlimited return policy before, I understand why people are upset, especially since they are finding out now when they try to return things. I am a frequent customer and did not receive a notice about the change in policy.

OP here - yes, 2 months is correct. That was my mistake. i thought that is what i heard, but according to policy it is 60 days aka 2 months.

Uh, sorry you can’t return your USED undergarments OP. Sounds like people like you are the reason they changed their policy.

OK, was pleased to see that you can return for quality at any point.

QUALITY
We stand behind the quality of our product. If you are unhappy with the quality of an item, just bring or send the item back to us and we will issue a merchandise credit for the purchase price or replace the item with the same style and size. Quality is specific to defects related to fabric, construction or trim.

OP here - the woman i spoke to said that the slip falling apart would NOT count as a defect. They are really scaling back on what they will accept.

I am not sure how that relates to this line:
Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.

This is really disappointing. We love HA too and have recently been disappointed by the quality. Any alternatives for thick, wider cut (classic) leggings, and brightly colored basics?

Loved their clothes and pajamas for years but the most recent ones we've bought have literally fallen apart - fabric has holes, waistbands are tearing, and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

OP here - i agree with all of you. Their quality has dropped considerably. I'm not shelling out $45 for a shirt that may not last after 2 or 3 washes.

It's a shame. I will be going to Old Navy,too, I suppose.

Sounds like people were abusing the previous return policy and they tired of it and decided it wasn't sustainable.

I used to love their kids stuff. Then I’ve had seems on many items (leggings, neck trim in a dress and shirt, etc) start popping up about two years ago. Now I just go to old navy. I’d rather get a hole in a pair of $7 leggings than a seem give out on a pair of &25 ones.

i feel like HA is on the verge of going under. Their systems have been down for weeks at stores, orders are taking forever to arrive, etc. Now this? I wouldn't be surprised if they are the next Gymboree, which is really too bad because their clothes really did used to be great and when bought on sale, very reasonable.

I purchase from Hanna A. LOT. I stock up on the next size when there are sales. Everything from socks, underware, dresses, etc.

Last week I called Hanna about some slips that i purchased last fall that are falling apart. They've only been worn a few times, as my daughter just grew into them. So the customer service told me that they changed their policy in July 2019. THey are only taking returns from last 6 months, with tags and receipt.

I am so disappointed!! This is what made Hanna stand out from the rest.

This is their new return policy:

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be happy with your purchase. Unwashed and unworn merchandise can be returned within 60 days of original purchase.

Refunds with an original receipt are issued in the original form of payment shown on the receipt. Credit card purchases are refunded only to the same credit card used to purchase the item.

If you are making a return without an original receipt and/or proof of purchase, we will do our best to look up your original purchase information. If we are unable to find the purchase, you will be credited for the items at the last sale price on the date of the return in the form of a Hanna gift card.

When returning a gift, you’ll receive your refund on a Hanna gift card.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund shipping fees.

All items ending in $0.79 are Final Sale and non-returnable.

Any product returned outside of the return policy will not be processed.

Hanna merchandise purchased from other sellers or retailers cannot be returned at a Hanna store, distribution center or online. Please contact the seller for return.

So eyelet slips falling apart do not count as a defect and wouldn't be accepted under this new policy (had they been purchased post policy).
