Some people just have big teeth

I like an eccentric royal. The dress is fun. It’s just referencing bad taste. She’s very Prada bad taste/ fashion.

She certainly doesn't dress well.

I don't think there is any "fixing" her teeth. She has a small mouth/big teeth.

her bite is off, and that one top front tooth close to the middle is askew.

She could be pretty and less clown like with minor tweaks.

Her teeth look good, I think that is genetics causing her mouth shape. And in other places, they don't place so much importance on perfect teeth.

Maybe she finds it fun to have everyone talk about her ugly clothes. She would not be noticed otherwise. Remember the hats she and her sister wore to Kate and William's wedding? Cartoonish.

I'll have to hand it to OP, though, that green dress is beyond, beyond, beyond ugly.

+1. Not sure what to fix with the teeth. She dresses terribly, but so do most of them, so no surprise there.
