Ehh.... it’s still not right. You are basically saying “it’s ok to buy access as long as that money is used for good.” Do you think that’s ok in other contexts? Like, if a businessman buys access to a politician is it ok with you as long as it’s a good politician? No, it’s a corrupt practice and corruption eventually hurts everyone. How do you know that money is going to less fortunate students and not, say buildings that No one really needed?
