Thanks, PP. This is my 4th loss, one of them having been at 17 weeks and I have never experienced such a slow drop.

Oh that’s tough. One of mine was 12 weeks, but 17 would have been even more devastating. Take good care of yourself and I hope your levels return to normal soon. After my three losses, I did have two beautiful girls. Keeping you in my thoughts.

Thank you PP... I really appreciate it.

Ectopic here, but it took nearly 3 months for my betas to return to zero. LOTS of bloodwork, several ultrasounds thrown in there, but nothing was ever seen. I was told it was unusual but not unheard of.

My beta two or three days prior was something like 35,000.

I had a blighted ovum and I'm still waiting for the results of the chromosomes but general pathology didn't reveal anything. Either way no one has mentioned it, but I have thought of it. I go for another follow up in a little bit (today) and I will bring it up. This is from IVF with ICSI so I understand that it's very unlikely, but I can't tell if that's just with a partial molar or what.

I had this with a partial molar pregnancy. It took over 2 months to return to 0.

Slightly worrying that no one has experienced anything like this

Hoping someone has experienced this... I had a D&C exactly 2 weeks ago after miscarrying due to a blighted ovum. I’m starting to track my hcg back down so I can be cleared to do another FET. I went in today and I’m still above 2,800. Unfortunately this isn’t my first rodeo and I know this is abnormally high for two weeks out. Does this look like an instance of retained tissue? Has anyone dealt with this?
