I think if you are really crunched for time, I'd donate. Most likely they will send a truck this week.
The few hundred dollars you may get from selling to the exact buyer who wants cars that can't run (and require an expensive tow) is going to be a bit of work. If the money is worth it, explore that. But you mentioned several times how you need the cars done, so I doubt it's worth it to sell.

Craigslist. price it so it sells, probably in the 2-500 dollar range.
someone is always looking for a cheap project the exterra has a little bit of cult following with the off road crowd the 626 is a very bland vehicle, but you might get lucky.
have the titles in hand and be ready to sell.

We donated to Cartalk last year. Car wasn’t running and they arranged the towing. They picked it up very quickly.

There are places that will buy and tow cars like this for cash, I think they use the parts. It's only a few hundred but they're very efficient. I think i found a place just by Googling but be careful, it probably needs to be in the same state as you (called a couple in MA that wouldn't take my car with RI plates, so i can't recommend locally).

Yes, I've got the title issue squared away but I don't have a lot of time for Craigslist and the vehicle needs to be towed asap. I would rather sell but if not, will look into charities. Will these charities take vehicle that doesn't run?

Cars can be tricky. If your name is not on the pink slip, are you certain you have legal authority to sell or donate? When my mom died I had to wait 6 weeks for the DMV to give me title (so I could sell the car) even though I was her sole beneficiary and had 100% legal right to the car. I ended up having to find a place to store it off-road until the DMV came through. Total PITA.

The title says it all. I'm an older woman cleaning up a relative's property. The cars in Maryland and originally had transmission problems but they let it just sit for ten years. I now need to get rid of it ASAP. I would prefer to sell since they need the cash but if it can't be sold, I still need to get rid. Car would need a flatbed since the tires are way flat by now. (I couldn't get them inflated so I'm unsure what's going on there.)
