None. the only thing arl going for it is the Metro stations and proximity to DC. Otherwise, it is a hodge podge of sh#t.

Donaldson Run and Lee Heights isn’t bad but I would lean towards someplace like McLean

Agree with Tara-Leeway Heights. Lots of mature trees, winding streets, and nicely maintained houses.
It often depends on the street itself. We live in Waverly Hills, and our street is not especially pretty, but the one behind us is.

I live in the non-lovely part of Tara/Leeway Heights, and yes, parts of my neighborhood are really great. I love going on walks.

Um, okay? I've lived in Arlington almost 20 years. Every time I drive up N Harrison St from Wash Blvd I admire the pretty houses and the softly rolling hills.
