Every one of those men, at some point in the past, got a rude response when he offered his seat to someone, and thus he stopped doing it.

People leaving their purses or backpacks on the other seat on a crowded train. I get that we all want to sit by ourselves but having to sit next to someone is part of the deal when you use public transportation.

Bag spreading and big backpack wearing (for standees) are as big or bigger issues than manspreading, which is arguably a sexist cliche at this point
Sitting in handicap seats or not getting up for elders or people who obviously could use a seat is bad form and phones make it worse (or easier to be “unaware”)

Red line. The main thing I see is rowdy teenagers. Every few weeks I hear a verbal fight, and less frequently actual fighting (teenagers, typically). Today though I saw a guy at Metro Center who looked homeless and was sitting on the platform with his hands down his pants.

I also take red line and have no issues in the mornings. Between 5-6 in the way home, people eating sometimes. Otherwise it’s fine.
