Pro’s: my mom is as skinny as I can ever remember. Cons is she’s very fixated on it now, she’s constantly talking about calories and steps. But she’s so much healthier it’s a good trade off.
I think we have the same mother.
Actually my mom is in her mid 70s. She’s lost close to 70 lbs in the last 18 months, and I can’t remember when she was this thin. She is obsessed and has not missed a WW meeting in forever, even when she and my dad have traveled all around the country.
