I am diagnosed with MDD, GAD, and personality disorders from clusters A, B and C. I am not on any prescription medication (except for two pills to stabilize my BP) and my mental health is now stable. I actually do not remember the last time that I felt depressed. I do take a multivitamin every day, for older women because I am 47 and have just entered perimenopause. Good luck, OP. I will remember you in my prayers. May your days be sunny!
Not OP, but I hate the sun. Excessively sunny days depress me, especially when they are endless. I love overcast days. I get depressed in summer. Everyone is different. I could never live in a state where the weather barely changed and was perpetually sunny.
