No. I hate this. Most refs don't really have any idea what they're doing, let alone coaching qualifications, let alone an understanding about what each coach is actually trying to get their team to work on during the game.
"Nice move" might have been when the coach wanted the player to pass.
"Nice pass" might have been a terrible decision.
