i stick to the BST boards on facebook now. simply easier than dealing with the stores and so many people are selling new with tags on there. seems easier.

I feel like they've had a ton of 40% off sales in the last year. They're going the way of Gap--why would anyone pay full price when there's a huge sale on a weekly basis? Once you go down that road, you can't return.

I experienced this when I went to the store in August. Hand written receipts. And it wasn’t the first time.

I didn’t know about the network issues, but maybe this explains why an order I placed online in mid August just arrived today. Unbelievable!

I agree with the PP about their items made in China these days versus Peru or Europe as they used to be.

Not impressed.

I went all the way to Montgomery Mall on Sunday to exchange a present and I was told it wasn’t possible because of their network issues. So annoying!!

I have been a Hanna Anderson customer for more like 16 years but the company/clothing is nothing like it used to be.

It has been two weeks and their network is down. Returns cannot be processed in the stores. Isn't this kind of ridiculous? what other major brand would let this happen?

I have been a loyal customer for 4 years now, but there is always something about the customer service of this company that is off.
