At U15, I would still focus on how well your child "fits" within the club's development program and her/his progression. Same goes true for meshing with the coach and the players.
Last but not least, if you child is the best player on a "B" team, which means starting and dominating her/his position, regardless of the score, this may be the "best" situation, rather than being on an "A" team and riding the bench.
