My wife follows all the above advice plus she’s a life long vegetarian and she’s still hot at 60. Not one person would guess she’s over 40 and several times people have confused her as my daughter when we’re out with our kids. Consider myself lucky.

It's not a guarantee that you will be attractive, but you are certainly giving yourself your best shot if you do those things (along with getting sleep).
