Slightly different experience (was bleeding very heavily while pregnant, later had D&C and massive blood transfusion). If I were you, I would ask doctor to check your hemoglobin and hematocrit. You may be losing enough blood that you’re becoming anemic, which can cause bad headaches. Alternatively, drops in estrogen can cause bad headaches.

Hope you feel better soon.

I’ve had moderate to heavy bleeding the past 3.5 weeks. I’ve had random strong cramps and pains sporadically over the past weeks. Yesterday though I had a terrible headache. I had to take a nap. Advil seemed to take the edge off by the evening so was a bit better. But this morning my head was throbbing again.

I called my OB and nurse said to take Advil and give it a few days but it’s not usually associated with miscarriage. Did anyone else experience headache or migraines? This miscarriage is much worse and very different than my first one.
