I had an ERA after a cancelled FET due to spotting. It moved my timing by 13 hours and resulted in a BFP.

Too late for my own eggs. ERA after the first DE transfer failed showed that the window was off by 12 hours. The next DE transfer worked. My OE cycles were 5 years ago, DE was last year. I think SG is much more proactive about ERA now.

Do it sooner rather than later. I was over 40 and everyone kept saying it was my age.

I had had:
2 transfers with known PGS normals, BFN
Day 3 transfer on a cycle where I didnt respond well and only got 3 eggs. BFP but ended in miscarriage.
2 Fresh transfers of untested embryos, BFN
1 FET of banked 2 embryos from above cycle, BFN

Then had ERA showing I window was off. So many embryos wasted. By the time I got the era results and tried to do one last retrieval my eggs were done. We only got 1 embryo. Used new transfer protocol which resulted in a BFP but 2nd miscarriage.

I failed my fresh transfer possibly due to elevated progesterone or maybe because we transferred an abnormal embryo (no way to know since our PGS was unavailable at the time). I am now preparing for my first FET transfer. I am on a medicated protocol and doing estrogen priming. Before my transfer I will be taking PIO shots.

I was devastated after the fresh transfer didn’t work but trying to keep positive for the FET. I do wonder though whether I should push for an ERA test in the mean time, or would it be premature? Did you push for the ERA test or were you eventually successful without doing the test? Thanks for sharing!
