I'm on a message board where someone transferred a mosaic embryo and then the baby unexpectedly died at 20 weeks.
There is no way I would ever, ever transfer an abnormal (and I don't think any RE would let you). You are guaranteed that it will either be a miscarriage or a baby with a genetic disorder, potentially a fatal one.
I get the argument for mosaics (self-correcting, etc), but still don't think I'd risk the emotional devastation of carrying up to the amnio and then finding out there was something seriously wrong. Especially not with 5 normal embryos.
Do another retrieval or just be grateful for what you have and accept what your family is meant to be.
