Why just state schools? Plenty of private schools are easier to get to not than public schools.

Accepted: Towson, Miami OH, Delaware, Elon, JMU, VT, South Carolina, Pitt, Indiana

Denied: UMD, Clemson, Tulane, U of Miami

I know 3.2 doesn't get a UMC white kid into UMCP.

What about Towson? Yes or no?

Or does 3.2 mean you need to look further down the MD food chain? And, what's the pecking order? UMBC, Frostburg, then Salisbury?

Not going to say it's not possible. OP didn't provide much info other than 3.2 GPA - is it weighted, unweighted, test scores, number of AP, URMs, first gen... I mean there are so many variables. For totally unhooked kids, i standby my previous post.
