It's been awhile, but I think Eakin Park in Annandale has one. It's a cute little park with a stream, off of Prosperity drive. My preschooler liked that park a lot.

Van Dyck park in Fairfax has a dragonfly one, in the portion of the playground across from the police station. It’s pretty high off the ground and has springs—it’s not an old school one but still fun.

This is not all that close to you, but if you're ever in Alexandria, the Charles Barrett elementary school playground has old-school seesaws -- no springs, just a classic see saw! My kids (and I) love them.

Clemynontri if you want to drive that far.
Audrey moore rec ctr has a 4-person circular rocking-type "see saw" (you rock more than go up and down).

My daughter loves see-saws, but we haven't been able to find any playgrounds in our area that have them. If you know of any, I'd love to know. Thanks.
