After consultation is to wait for your period to start, then proceed with monitoring and other medical procedures.

So look at your mens cycles, you can figure out when your actual treatment cycle would begin after consultation.

I'm assuming you had an HCG and CD3 testing already. Your appointment will be to sit down with your RE to discuss treatment options. They will depend on how old you are and how long you've been trying. For us, I was already AMA and my AMH was on the lower end, and the dr recommended trying a medicated IUI. We agree and got very lucky (it worked on the first try). The next step would have been to proceed to IVF.

DH and I just finished all of our pre screening labs and tests with SG. Besides slightly low Vitamin D, everything came back normal. My follow-up appointment isn’t for another week and a half.
