It's the only thing that worked for me for both of my pregnancies. Shady Grove switched from Antagonist to MDLF for me after my first IVF failed with them.

For whatever reason, they went back to Antagonist when I tried to get pregnant with #2. When it didn't work after 3 fresh cycles, and they refused to try anything different, I switched to CCRM in CO.

I believe they did some iteration of MDLF there, and it worked and I had twins.

I don't remember my dosages.

I’m the currently pregnant PP. I was 36 when I did the cycle.

I had success with this protocol after antagonist protocol didn’t work. I was taking 20 iui and others medication was very high dose (I’m a low responder). It was for DC2 and I was 40. Good luck!

Thanks! I'm on 20 iui which sounds normal. Glad to hear you had so much success--how old were you?

I did the micro dose lupron protocol 6 years ago, but I don’t remember the dosage of meds I was on. I do know they had to bump up the meds because my estrogen was not rising. The cycle was very successful. My son resulted from it and now I am pregnant with a frozen embryo from that same cycle. Previously I had tried the antagonist protocol and the cycle was canceled due to low response.

What dose did you take? Did you have success with this protocol vs other protocols?
