My rising Junior DS did a week at Georgetown the summer in their Summer Program for High School students:

It was a very challenging program and his only complaint was that there wasn't really any free time to go off campus because he was in class or working on a group project most of the time. He liked staying in the dorm and did what I hoped -- got him thinking ahead more about what he'd like when he chooses colleges to apply to.
My DD really, really wanted to do the medical program at Georgetown but it’s so expensive!! And they don’t offer scholarships! Is it worth it? Or is there another comparable program?
Yes, it was really expensive. However, we did it because DS really wanted to do something in data science and I was only able to find two options -- Georgetown and U of Connecticut. UC was cheaper but the timing was really difficult for us and then we'd have to add in travel expenses too. I didn't mind spending more for the close location and much better week. Also, we haven't spent anything on him for summer camps in several years because he prefers to volunteer while DD goes to sleepaway camp every summer so it felt "fair" to let him do this.
I don't think I'd do it for a medical program, there are plenty of programs that offer medical-related classes that are not as expensive.
