Check out Little Gym. They are all over NOVA. The offer a sports class that he may like. First class is free to see if the kids like it. Great programs and well run, IMO.

Subject: preschool sports during the week
my almost 5 year old wants to get into all kinds of sports and he only goes to school half days so i'm looking for programs that offer weekday daytime lessons (private or group) around Reston, Sterling, or even Loudoun. Thanks.
