Our Alexandria team was horrible (in terms of skill, nice kids), but perhaps the club overall somehow moved up?

DS plays for Alexandria and the lower level boys teams used to be in ODSL, but now they are all in NSCL. I also noticed that the PWSI teams have moved from ODSL to NSCL. Did something happen with ODSL?
