I have not had success with OE at that age but I did try. I had 2 retrievals at 42 and 3 months and 4 months and then another at 43 years and 1 month. For me there was a huge drop off between the number of blasts formed in the last compared with the earlier two.
42 and 3 mos: 12 eggs, 9 fert, 5 blast
42 and 4 mos: 13 eggs, 11 fert, 4 blast
43 and 1 mos: 14 eggs, 12 fert, 1 blast
In between the 2nd and 3rd retrievals I had 2 transfers and then an ERA that showed my window was off. At that point decided to do one more round. My body showed me it was time to stop. The ERA "worked" in that the last transfer resulted in a pregnancy but it failed week 8. Now DE.
No matter what it will take time to get going, I would start vitamins now coq10, dhea. I took them prior to the earlier two rounds and only started a week or so before the last rounds. Also I would bank eggs back to back and then focus on transferring. If you have blasts that dont implant doe an ERA asap, dont wait until youve put back 8 of your 9 blasts to do an ERA (what I did).

Check CDC success rate report, it is possible but not probable.
