Does that actually seem hard to you? Sounds boring to me, but easy as hell.

Decisions and life timelines. We wanted to minimize how many years we'll be paying for early childcare. And I Have god awful pregnancies and wanted the decision to do it or sterilize over with.

So we talked it out and then went full steam ahead. No point in waffling. If you want it you want it, go for it.

Pp here. DH had a colleague who told us not to go for third because their third had special needs. Another family has a lot of marriage issues. Hard for them to juggle 3 kids. They don’t have a lot of money so they have to do most all their housework and meal prep on weekends while trying to juggle the kids’ schedules.

3 is a lot of work.

We had 2 boys and I wanted a girl. Got our healthy girl and so happy we went for it.

We know some who got third of same sex as first two or third with special needs.

I had my first two when I was a teenager. I wanted a third after I'd really grown up and wanted to actually parent, so we had two more.

I just didn’t feel done yet. Still don’t. We will probably have four. I always knew I wanted three or four kids, and DH was on board, so there was never really a question about having a baby.

Made sure we could handle financial and logistical changes. Then waited until we had that gut feeling that it was right. My older kids were 5 and 3.5 when my youngest was born. She has completed our family and we finally feel done.

DH and I have two (5 and 2). We both want a third. Or we think we do. We can’t seem to make the jump into TTC. We’re both one of two and surrounded in our family by sets of two so can’t really gage what it’s like. As much as we want three, it feels like a different world. What made you take the jump from two to three?
