A cup of cherries, + 2 nectarines as fruit throughout the day (3 fruit)
Lunch was marinated chicken breast plus a side of sauteed veggies (1 veg)
Dinner was an ENORMOUS homemade salad - in a mixing bowl. Butter lettuce, kale, shredded carrots, corn, peas, sweet potato, beets, shallots, falafel, and pickles. (6 veg)
I think the key is to make at least one of your meals entirely vegetable based. If I do that, it's very easy to hit 5-7/day, at least.
