OP here. Female, mid 40s now.

I haven't been involved with anyone in a very long time. I think it has been 14 years since I even kissed anyone.

I have no idea how to reenter the dating / relationship world after being completely removed from it. Maybe it comes back like riding a bike but I feel as though it is something unfamiliar to me now and I don't know how to not make it weird.
