This kind is the best kind! Yes, annoying because of the pee hole, but smoothes out everything beautifully.

I just hold it open while I pee. It's not perfect but usually not a problem. It's much harder in a long, full dress.

Yeah, so I was convinced to buy a tight dress and high-waisted spanx. It looks incredible, but I don't think I could the spanx back up after I go to the bathroom. So my question is...has anyone successfully used the special slit built in for peeing without making a mess? Details, please? I'm ready!
