Obviously indoor and outdoor chores
This is the real place you need to focus on. All of those "seasonal" types of tasks in our household are divided by a combination of who isn't crazy busy at work and who is more skilled at the task.
If you are going back to work full time, you need to address the daily/weekly chores. Some categories:
Food - meal planning, grocery shopping, lunch packing, weeknight cooking, weekend cooking, kitchen cleanup, dish washing, dish putting away
Kid Wrangling - morning prep, backpack unloading, homework monitoring, evening showers/tooth brushing, bedtime
Cleaning - laundry, sheet/towel changing, vacuum/floors, bathroom cleaning, kitchen cleaning, decluttering
Pet care
Yard maintenance
Your kids are old enough to take on some of the chores. Be clear about who is responsible for what with them too.

Dh does all kid related things, holidays events that occur in our home, and his personal favorite, vacations.
I'm responsible for all house chores and short/long term finances.
We are individually responsible for handling issues with our respective families of origin.

I think this varies so much by family/house that I don’t know if someone could make a comprehensive list without walking through your household and asking questions. Even then, it can change with the season.

My partner and I are working together to divide responsibilities more evenly as I prepare to go back to work full time. Some of the household work and parenting responsibilities have become automatic so we think it would be helpful to list everything out and divide it up as possible. We have three kids ages 4-11 who are involved in a few extracurricular activities. Has anyone listed things out in this way and would you be willing to share?
