Finally, if you’re here in DC, go see Kate marosek , she’s an infertility/pregnancy loss therapist, she is of good counsel and know all the docs/specialists in the area. Could you have some other issue? A uterine anomaly? Something else?
(These are the people who helped me after two early losses and a stillbirth—I now have a toddler). Good luck!

My doctor has suggested autoimmune issues but told me all I can do for that is the baby aspirin. Did you do anything different during your pregnancy with your daughter?
I have thyroid issues and started synthroid which lead to a successful pregnancy. My IVF doctor was Dr. Abassi at Columbia fertility and my endocrinologist was Dr. Linda Liu.
Anonymous wrote:So sorry OP. Did they do testing on the babies to see if they had chromosomal issues. I had 3 miscarriages as secondary infertility but they all had chromosomal issues. IVF with pgs testing actually can identify those issues before you transfer the egg. I would recommend trying an IVF/PGS round. I also have an autoimmune disease but I dont think that was causing the miscarriages because I was able to carry to term after doing IVF

Anonymous wrote:Have you had recurrent miscarriage testing done? There’s a standard panel of tests that should be run to look for common causes of miscarriage. I’m sorry for your losses.

I have been tested for a bunch of things and they have no answers. I tried taking baby aspirin but it’s not helping. We are mid 30s
It’s so easy for us to get pregnant but do I need to look at Ivf? Getting so desperate for any sort of hope. Please share any insight you may have.
