I do like Denis too. Robin is also one of my favorites. I love the pep talks they intersperse throughout the workout. They make you feel good for just showing up. And the reminders to breathe (in the workout and in life). It's just so positive. I love it.

I have a bad knee (I'm only 38, but there you go), and it's the only exercise I have done lately that doesn't exacerbate my knee problems. I've tried HIIT, running, etc. I also love the music and the instructors - they are so motivating and encouraging. Just a little shout out for Peloton.
